BACKGROUND Los Yerberos was and will forever be an important band in Mexico's Reggae scene. The band performed throughout the Mexican republic for more than ten years and produced a total of four albums between 1992 and 2002. In 2006, Mariano Spindola tried to reunite Los Yerberos using further knowledge gained from new musical experiences. However as the style that came through was so different, this new musical blend left behind the reggae spirit and put upfront a very danceable CUMBIA style, which witnessed the dawn of a new band named:
LA SABROSA SABROSURA
On a very beautiful night in 2007, a new, fresh musical style was born, a mixture of CUMBIA with a lot of different colours such as FUNK, REGGAETON, ELECTRONIC BEATS, and REGGAE WITH LATIN FLAVOURS added. CUMBIA, an original Colombian rhythm, has established deep roots in Mexico over the last 20 years or more. Adding their own unique style to cumbia, well-known Mexican artists such as Rigo Tovar, Chicoche, Celso Piña and others, have dedicated their lives to nurturing these roots. Now is the time for Mariano Spíndola and his friends from La Sabrosa Sabrosura to join this generation of musicians renewing again this delicious style of dance music.

During 2008’s winter and 2009’s spring the second album was produced and released on the summe time of the same year. Again with one song from Los Yerberos: “Juana”
ARROY A LA MEXICANA 3RD CD 2011
After the succesfull tour around Thailand the band dicided to print all those wonderfull adventures and experiences, reason why they spent three months in the studio recording their latest pruduction. To release this album they took another challenge, tour around europe, with their dreams, experience and luck in a sack.

TOUR IN THAILAND After 2 years of constant developing and touring around Mexico, now as a very powerful consummate band, they decided to expand their own horizons, and take a wild adventure in ASIA, Thailand expecificly. La Sabrosa Sabrosura has found in Asia a lot of unexpected great deals, such as wonderfull acceptance of the hughe cosmopolitan audience all around Thailand as well as interacting with amazing musicians to share the stage with. Situation that for certain will lead to record a new album in the first quarter of next year.

Dear friends that spent some valuable time in this proyect. I can't write what i really feel, to express my gratitude for all those eternal hours of composing, recording, rehearsing and joyfuly playing in so many venues along so many cities around Mexico and Thailand, where we've met all these wonderful personalities that are now involved with the band. I'm really sorry for those great friends that are not longer in the band, i would like you to know that the idea always was to be together for ever, but forever sometimes is very short.
